Omvati Chauhan Ji is the founder of SIC . Her ambitions and vision has made the SIC Group a brand name in the market. The Director is of the view that leaders are not made or born. Leadership is a choice, a belief and commitment to everything that is good and noble within you. She is a very simple person and so are her ideas and outlook into any aspect of business. She believes in fulfillment of commitments and well defined targets leading to satisfaction and results. She is a women with vision and innovation. She believes in hard work and consistency and advocates that one should always do ones best and never worry about the result. If the performance is good, the result will automatically drive you to the number one position.

Omvati Chaugan as she is known for contemporary ideas blending superbly with conventional wisdom. Her suggestion to the staff always has been ---- The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it, but they become by it. The price of greatness is responsibility. Love what you do. Do what you love. Omvati Chauhan has a dual role of taking full control of SIC Group. She is of the opinion that a busy women always finds time and should not shirk work attributing to lack of time. She believes that one cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Her advice to staff ----- we all have dreams. But in order to make dreams into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
